Services

We provide subscription-based digital services including websites, CRM systems, automation, hosting, and marketing support.

Billing & Payments

All services are billed in advance on a monthly basis via Stripe. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Cancellation

Clients must provide a minimum of 30 days written notice to cancel services.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, comply with laws, and not misuse systems for spam or illegal activity.

Intellectual Property

All systems, automations, and underlying technology remain property of ManartDigital. Clients are granted limited usage rights.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of revenue, leads, or business opportunities.
